Cleaning service includes: general areas, baths, changing bed linens and towels, and making beds. Cook service includes shopping, preparation, serving and clean up, breakfast (cost of food and beverage not included). Dinner service is available for an additional fee of $50 USD per meal for up to 8 guests, additional guests – please contact owner. Sunday service is available for an additional fee of $100 USD. To avoid daily transactions, it is best to provide Trini with money to cover several days of groceries upon arrival. She will keep track of accounting and will advise when more money is needed. Itemized receipts will be provided.

For your arrival, Trini will prepare a welcome refreshment of chips with guacamole and salsa and a round of margaritas courtesy of the villa. Please send us any other food or beverage items you would like to have in the villa for your arrival. You can reimburse the staff for any arrival purchases when you get in. There will be a menu to help plan future meals, please give your menu requests a day in advance so they can do the necessary shopping.

Meals are served family style with everyone eating the same thing at the same time; one main course, one salad or soup, one vegetable, one starch etc.
